Meditation School and Spiritual Growth

The programme of the yoga school of meditation, extremely broad, the knowledge of the chakra, thin bodies, the karma, esoteric psychology, knowledge and use of radius energy, the practice of meditation and of raja yoga. Mantra Meditation:

meditation Trataka (watching constantly), was followed by most religious systems including Christianity and Sufism. In Trataka, a steady gaze is made on an object only. Though 'strictly falls in the category of yoga cleaning technique, the actual technical trataka practice should have its own category of meditation.
